Winter may be known as the cold and flu season, but that doesn't mean you can't get sick in the summer. So if you're trying to keep your little ones healthy through summer camps and beach days eating healthy is the perfect place to start.

Hot dogs and hamburgers on the grill may be the ideal summer food, but remembering to add in fruits and vegetables (especially for growing kids) is also important. And scheduling snack time between meals will ensure that they've got the energy to play all day!
