Governor Patrick State Of The State Address

If the weather cooperates, Governor Deval Patrick will deliver his State of the State address Tuesday evening. It was initially scheduled for last week but the threat of a winter storm forced Patrick to push it back to this Tuesday. He did deliver his budget to state lawmakers last week.
