Fmr. Sen. Scott Brown’s Brother Charged with Impersonating Police Officer

The brother of former Massachusetts Senator Scott Brown is charged in Connecticut with impersonating a police officer after authorities say he stopped boaters.

Police say 46-year-old Bruce Browne stopped three vessels on Long Island Sound yesterday and asked boaters for their registrations and safety certificates.

According to Police,  Browne had three loaded handguns, handcuffs and a bulletproof vest marked ``police'' in his car.  (Associated Press)
