Southcoast residents got a chance Tuesday night to study the latest flood zone maps created by FEMA. Dozens of area residents made their way to the Fort Tabor Community Center to learn whether or not their homes were located in flood zones, requiring them to buy flood insurance. But Eddie Dillon of Fairhaven learned his home is still in the flood zone, and he's already paying big money....

Dillon says he's hopeful he and his insurance agent can find a way to lower those premiums, but he admits its probably a long shot.
