A federal court is taking up the Patrick administration's lawsuit challenging the Aquinnah Wampanoag tribe's plan to build a gambling hall on Martha's Vineyard on Wednesday. Tribe officials say federal law allows them to turn their unfinished community center into a bingo and poker hall.
