FBI: Hillary Never Under Oath. No Notes, No Recording Of Interview!

So at first, I heard the part during the FBI Director Comey hearings in the U.S. House of Representatives today where Comey stated that  the FBI agents didn't record or write notes during their publicly anticipated interview with Secretary Hillary Rodham Clinton regarding her Email problems. My disbelief began with the gaping question, "With what evidence would the FBI present to a judge if and when she lied to them?"

Forget that! She COULD lie to them because they decided to not have her under oath! There were NO consequences for Hillary if she lied to the Federal Bureau of Investigations just like she lied to the American public according to the Director of the FBI!!!! This one was in the bag.
