
Fall River Police Arrest Three in Connection to Bank Robberies
FALL RIVER — Police in Fall River have made three arrests in connection to two recent bank robberies in the city.
On Friday, Oct. 29, officers responded to two robberies reported around two and a half hours apart.
The first was at the 1675 President Ave. St. Anne’s Credit Union at 9:21 a.m., and the second was just before noon at the Bank 5 located at 1301 Pleasant St.

Detectives from the department's Major Crimes Division had sought the public's help in identifying a black Ford F150 pickup truck linked to both robberies.
Police said with the help of Dartmouth and Raynham Police, they were able to identify and arrest three suspects in the case.
Matthew Rodrigues, 31, and John Teixeira, 44, are both charged with two counts of unarmed robbery, while 40-year-old Monica Camara is charged with being an accessory after the fact.
All three are Fall River residents.
