Fall River Police Seek Truck Linked to Two Bank Robberies
FALL RIVER — Fall River police are on the lookout for a truck believed to be connected to two separate bank robberies in the city on Friday.
Police said on Oct. 29, officers responded to two bank robberies.
The first robbery was reported at 9:21 a.m. at St. Anne’s Credit Union, 1675 President Ave.
The second robbery took place just two and a half hours later at Bank 5, 1301 Pleasant St., at 11:50 a.m.
Detectives with the department's Major Crimes Division have been following up on leads in the investigation over the weekend.
Police said they have identified and are looking for a Ford F150 pickup truck they think could be connected to both robberies.
The truck is black and has a Massachusetts license plate with the number 2KFF44.
