Fall River Murder

Authorities say a Rhode Island man has been charged with the murder of a 26-year-old David Roderiguez. Investigators say 34-year-old William Tate was arrested Sunday in the killing of Rodriguez outside Ship's Cove Apartment complex on Canal street around 1 am Sunday. Tate has been charged in Massachusetts with murder, unlawful possession of a firearm and unlawful possession of ammunition. His first arraignment will be Monday in district court in Rhode Island on a charge of being a fugitive from justice there.
