
Fall River Man Arrested in New Bedford with Stolen Car and Drugs
NEW BEDFORD — Early Sunday afternoon, police located a vehicle at Speedway Gas Station on Acushnet Avenue that was determined to be stolen.
The person driving the vehicle did not have a valid driver's license and was in possession of pills.
Police arrested Andrew Rak, 32, of Grove Street in Fall River, on charges of receiving stolen property valued at over $1,200, operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license, possession of class A substance and possession of class B substance.
The arrest was made at 12:01 p.m. on Sunday.
