FALL RIVER (WBSM) — Fall River Police arrested two juveniles and seized two firearms on Saturday evening.
Report of Masked Juveniles Sparks Fall River Police Response
According to police, officers responded on April 25 to a report of juveniles wearing ski masks and displaying a firearm from a second-floor apartment on Center Street.
Officers arrived and saw a juvenile exiting the building. As they tried to approach him, the juvenile fled, and after a brief pursuit, the juvenile went into a second-floor apartment. A resident let police into the apartment, and inside, they were directed to a bedroom where they found multiple juveniles.

The juveniles were all pat-frisked, and one was allegedly found in possession of a loaded Smith & Wesson Shield 9mm handgun. The resident then gave police written consent to search the bedroom, and a second loaded firearm, a Glock 22 .40-caliber handgun, was found hidden among some clothing. Police said another juvenile admitted to owning that gun.

Charges Filed Against Two Juveniles
The two juveniles, ages 16 and 17, were arrested and charged with possession of a firearm without a license, possession of a loaded firearm without a license, and additional related offenses. Police also seized both firearms.
