
Fall River Police Arrest Man With Drugs and Allegedly Stolen Gun
FALL RIVER (WBSM) — Fall River Police arrested a man on gun and drug charges Wednesday.
According to police, the Community Action & Suppression Team (CAST) executed a search warrant on the afternoon of January 15 in the 200 block of South Main Street.
The target of the investigation was Joey Pacheco, 42.

Police said the search turned up an HW .357 Magnum revolver, various ammunition in different calibers, 28 suboxone strips and drug paraphernalia.
Pacheco was arrested and charged with possession of a non-large capacity firearm without an FID card, possession of a stolen firearm, possession of a firearm in the commission of a felony, possession of ammunition without an FID card, possession of a Class B substance, and possession of a Class B substance with intent to distribute.
