Fall River Police Arrest Two, Seize Three ‘Ghost’ Guns in Drug Raids
FALL RIVER (WBSM) — A months-long investigation by Fall River Police turned into two arrests Tuesday for fentanyl trafficking and multiple firearms violations.
Dubbed “Operation White Out,” the Fall River Police CAST Unit worked alongside the Massachusetts State Police Gang Unit to execute multiple search warrants across the city.
Simultaneous warrants were executed at 211 Hathaway Commons Road, 672 Tucker Street and at storage units at the U-Haul facility on Lewiston Street.

According to a police Facebook post, “672 Tucker Street had been a long-standing source of neighborhood complaints, with residents voicing concerns about suspected drug activity and public safety issues.”
As a result of the raids, police said they seized three “ghost” guns and one “ghost” polymer lower, 9mm ammunition, about 32 grams of fentanyl, various amounts of Xanax, oxycodone and steroids, two 3D printers and about $24,000 in cash.
Arrested were Jonathan White, 35, and Tiffany Cabral, 36. Both are charged with multiple firearms violations, fentanyl trafficking and drug distribution charges.
