Fairhaven Turbines Affected By Lack of Wind

The Fairhaven Board of Health issued an order that the Fairhaven wind turbines should not be spinning between 7 pm and 7 am.

However, on Tuesday morning, the wind turbines weren't spinning past the 7 am hour. According to Developer Sumal Shah of Fairhaven Wind LLC the turbines aren't spinning due to the lack of wind. He says when the wind picks up, they'll be turning again during their scheduled hours.
