Fairhaven Police Release Name Of Driver Pulled From Water

Fairhaven Police have released the name of the driver who's truck plunged into the water off Causeway Road in Fairhaven Wednesday afternoon.

Sergeant Kevin Kobza says the man was identified as 61-year-old David Cardin of Fairhaven.

As previously reported on WBSM the incident occurred around 3 p.m. when Cardin's truck flipped over, struck a pole and landed in the water.

Officials haven't said if they know what caused the crash and Cardin's current condition hasn't been released.
