Fairhaven Tavern’s ‘Cluck Norris’ Pizza Honors Legend After Death

FAIRHAVEN (WBSM) — It is said that the late Chuck Norris never sliced a pizza. He would just roundhouse kick it into eight perfect triangles. I don’t know if that’s how they cut the pizza named for him at SoCo Tavern in Fairhaven, but I do know it’s a good way to pay tribute to the legend himself.

Chuck Norris’ Larger-Than-Life Legacy

Chuck Norris passed away on March 19, 2026 at the age of 86. Many thought he would live forever, though, because the actor and martial artist had grown into a mythical figure.

He was a modern-day Paul Bunyan, and while his political views may have lost him (and gained him) some fans over the years, his status as a folk hero only grew in the age of memes.

A Pizza Tribute Fit for a Legend

At SoCo Tavern, the “Cluck Norris” pizza has been on the menu since the restaurant opened last summer. According to the menu, it features “crispy chicken, pineapple, chipotle bbq, bacon, sharp cheddar, house pizza blend, banana peppers, (and) red onions.”

Following Norris’ passing, the restaurant shared photos on Facebook of the “Cluck Norris,” saying everyone there was “raising a slice” to “a true legend.”

“At SoCo, our ‘Cluck Norris’ pizza has always been a small, fun tribute to a larger-than-life name,” the restaurant posted. “Tonight, it feels a little more meaningful. Rest easy, Chuck.”

Fans React to the Chuck Norris Tribute

The comments on the post were mostly from those who really enjoy the pizza, but Andrew Norris slipped in the perfect Chuck-ism.

“Chuck Norris doesn't wait for pizza to be ready, the pizza waits ready for him to be hungry,” he wrote.
