Facebook App Freaking People Out

Facebook has updated their app and will be able to listen to what you are listening to?  Confused?  What they are doing is updating their app to be able to use the speaker in your smartphone to monitor what you are listening to or watching on television.  The company says it  will make it easier for you to share what you are listening to or watching without having to type and it will add 30-seconds of audio to the song and the season and episode of the television show you are watching.  Some think that it's kind of creepy that Facebook will be able to listen to your smartphone.  The good news is if you are freaked out by this you can go to your security settings on your phone and turn it off.
