You don't need to be a Dartmouth resident to participate in a drive-through flu shot clinic planned for Sunday afternoon in the parking lot of Bishop Stang.

The Oct. 25 clinic on the properties of Bishop Stang High School and St. Julie's Parish on Slocum Road will run from 12:30 p.m. to 3 p.m., and all ages three and over are welcome.

Attendees are asked to download and fill out a Walgreens immunization consent form before they arrive. Bring your insurance card if you have one. Wear a short-sleeved shirt, and leave your pets at home.

Covid-19 safety protocols will be followed, and participants must wear a face mask. To ensure everyone's medical safety, people will be required to wait five minutes after receiving their flu shots before driving away.

People with questions are encouraged to contact the Dartmouth Board of Health at (508) 910-1835, or Rachel at Walgreen's Pharmacy at (508) 990-3875.

Massachusetts Governor Charlie Baker is encouraging Massachusetts residents to get a flu shot this year due to the pandemic. Also, kids in pre-school, in K-12 public schools, and in college must receive a flu shot by December in order to participate in in-person learning.
