Yoga is among the most stress-relieving activities you can do to keep the mind and body in shape. Add a pack of alpacas to the mix and you have yourself a "namaste" kind of day.

Hill Crest Alpaca Farm in Dartmouth is continuing its four-year tradition of hosting yoga sessions with its crew of alpacas. On Tuesday, June 28, all skill levels of "yogis" are welcome to join. This year, the farm is teaming up with Forever Paws Animal Shelter in Fall River to raise money and awareness.

Forever Paws board members Katie Baker and Nancy Duncan are among the fundraising committee at the animal shelter and couldn't think of a better way to connect yoga enthusiasts.

"I love animals and wanted to find a way I could help them find their fur-ever homes," Baker said. "We worked with this farm last year and can't wait to do it again. We will have raffle tickets for sale, and as a bonus, you'll receive one complimentary raffle ticket with the purchase of a ticket to the event."

Yoga sessions at the 338 Old Fall River Road farm are $20. Attendees are encouraged to bring their water bottles and blanket/yoga mats. Email ForeverPawsFundraising@gmail.com by June 24 to reserve a spot alongside the alpacas.

Additional raffle tickets can be purchased at the event (three for $3 and 10 for $10). Again, all proceeds will help Forever Paws feed their fur friends and also to find them permanent homes.

Get ready to stretch, do some yoga, pet alpacas and repeat.
