Doctors Want Dr. Oz Ousted From Columbia University
Update: TV's ``Dr. Oz'' is defending himself against 10 doctors who are accusing him of promoting ``quack treatments'' on his TV show.
Mehmet Oz released a statement today saying that his show provides ``multiple points of view'' including his own.

A prominent group of ten doctors wants Dr. Oz ousted from Columbia University.
The TV personality still is a cardiovascular and thoracic surgeon with Columbia's College of Physicians. Dr. Mehmet Oz is also Vice Chair of the surgery department.
In a letter to Columbia, the doctors charge Dr. Oz has accrued a "lack of integrity by promoting quack treatments in the interest of personal financial gain." (Metro Networks Inc)
