Detroiters are faced with billions in debt, thousands of abandoned homes, boarded up houses and businesses. The city can't pay it's bills or pensions, and yet, the law makers there decided to help fund a new hockey arena where the Red Wings play. Detroit is one of the most desperate American cities in decline, and the answer to their woes is the approval of 450 million in bonds for a new 650 million dollar hockey arena and entertainment center, owned by the same billionaires who have the Detroit Tigers and Little Caesar's Pizza!
