Dartmouth 18-Year-Old Arrested for Alleged Construction Site Theft
DARTMOUTH (WBSM) — A Dartmouth 18-year-old is under arrest for allegedly stealing from a construction site on Saturday.
According to Dartmouth Police, officers arrested Chad Rainville at about 1 p.m. on March 16 on “charges associated with a construction site theft that occurred earlier in the day.”
Police said that an investigation led to detectives and officers executing a search warrant on Rainville’s Cross Road residence and a U-Haul van he had rented. That’s when they located and seized a cache of stolen tools and other items, police said.
Rainville was charged with receiving stolen property and conspiracy, while a 15-year-old acquaintance who allegedly participated in the incident was questioned and released to a parent.
