Dancing Frog Legs Experiment

This may be a little gross for some but I think it's pretty cool.  These guys took some frog legs they were about to cook and covered them with salt.  After adding the salt, a chemical reaction happens with the legs and they start to dance.  The legs somehow react and start dancing.  I'm sure there is a long scientific reason for the reaction, but I don't need to know that I just think it's amazing.
