Dad Mocks Daughter During Tantrum

The jury is out on this weather it's funny the way the dad mocks the daughter or weather its mean the way he mocks the daughter.  It seem a dad decided to lighten the mood when his daughter was having a little melt down and imitated her while she was screaming.  Some around here are getting a laugh out of it some think the dad is not being very nice.  You be the judge and watch the video.
