Another trip to the coffee pot won't just keep you awake, it could help keep you alive.  Research at Duke University's medical schools suggests increased caffeine could reduce non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. 

Four cups of coffee or tea a day may protect against the disorder or prevent it from getting worse in someone who already has it.  Fatty liver disease afflicts about 70 percent of people with diabetes and obesity.
