City Man To Be Charged With Third A-T-M Robbery

One of the two men arrested for a pair of robberies at a bank A-T-M in the South End will now be charged with a third robbery there.

A 55 year old New Bedford man came forward this week, saying he was robbed Saturday night at gunpoint at the Bank America A-T-M on Cove Street.

The victim positively identified 18 year old Flavio Issac Alvarez as the man who robbed him. The man told police a second man was nearby, but he didn't get a good look at him.

Police beleive the weapon used was a pellet gun. Alvarez and Scott Gonzalez Jr. have already been charged with two other robberies last week at the same A-T-M.
