Charlie Baker Unveils Welfare Plan

Republican candidate for governor Charlie Baker says he has a plan to overhaul the state's welfare system. He says it invests in job training and offers tax credits to companies that hire welfare recipients.

It also requires people to look for work before receiving public assistance and increases the age when recipients aren't required to look for a job from 60 to 66.
