Davy's Locker gift certificate holders claim their certificates have not been refunded by the now-closed restaurant's owner.

Jeff Dolinsky announced the restaurant's closure on January 31, and assured customers their unused certificates would be refunded as long as they mailed them to a North Dartmouth P.O. box.

Six weeks later, callers to WBSM's "Mid-Day Live" say they have not heard from Dolinsky at all. This man says he heard of other people's troubles, and decided to hold onto his certificate.

This caller says he was suspicious when he heard the refund offer, and took precautions before sending in his gift certificate.

WBSM News has made calls to Dolinsky, his attorney, and his last known business affiliate in Florida. Those calls have not been returned.

The current tenant at Dolinsky's last known address in Dartmouth tells WBSM News the Dolinskys had moved out by February 1st, just one day after the restaurant's closure was made public.

The Massachusetts Attorney General's Office says no complaints against Dolinsky have been filed. Gift certificate holders wishing to file a complaint can call the Consumer Hotline at 617-727-8400.
