Meg Rogers is the Communications Coordinator at United Way of Greater Fall River and she explained that Blount Company Soup Store is no stranger to giving back to the community. “Blount supports UWGFR and our community outreach in a variety of ways. Aside from this, we are working together for the Postal Carrier’s Food Drive, which typically is Mother’s Day weekend but has been postponed due to the COVID-19 Crisis. Blount has also donated to our Feed Fall River Program to support at-risk families in Greater Fall River with prepared meals. It’s been a wonderful partnership!”

Patty Muccitelli is the Communications Specialist at Blount Fine Foods. She explains Blount's pride in supporting United Way of Greater Fall River. "Blount Fine Foods is excited to partner with United Way of Greater Fall River for this Soup Sale. The Soup Sales are well known locally and we wanted to continue to find ways to give back beyond our soup donations. Since March, Blount Fine Foods has donated over 1 million servings of soup, sides, and more (and counting!) across the Southcoast, Rhode Island, and at our location in Mckinney, TX."
