A Westport car dealership has been sued by the Mass. Attorney General.

F&R Auto at 1052 State Road was named in a civil suit filed by the Attorney General's office in Bristol County Superior Court.

The A-G's office says it has received 113 complaints about F&R Auto from consumers dating back to August of 2012.

The complaints claimed vehicles were sold with defects, or they were not repaired before being sold. Others said the vehicles failed emissions tests shortly after being purchased.

F&R Auto was first in the news back in January of 2015 when a security video went viral showing F&R employees bullying a pizza delivery man.

A gofundme account was later set up for the deliveryman, Jarrid Tansey of New Bedford, which raised more than $30,000.
