This is the time of the year for non-profit organizations to do some serious fundraising.

St. Vincent's Services in Fall River has come up with a fun event, and will hold its second annual Adult Easter Egg Hunt.

What is an Adult Easter Egg Hunt? It's an event for those 21 and over. It's happening April 4 at the Bristol Community College Campus in Fall River. St. Vincent's Services is selling 450 tickets at $50 apiece. Registration starts at 5 p.m. with the egg hunt beginning at 6.

The goal is to find plastic Easter Eggs hidden around the campus. While many of those eggs contain prizes, it is the golden eggs that get people excited. They contain $150 in cash.

After the egg hunt, you can attend an after-party featuring music, contests and refreshments.

Development Director Jen Reis visited Townsquare Sunday this week to discuss the egg hunt and the work going on at St. Vincent's.
