An Acushnet youth hockey coach is facing 64 new charges in Florida after he tried to solicit sex from teens.

According to Tampa Bay Online, 41-year-old Anthony DeSilva was charged with two counts of traveling to meet a minor and two counts of encouraging a child to engage in sexual performance.

Florida authorities have also tacked on three counts of using a computer to seduce a child, and 57 counts of using a two-way device to facilitate a felony.

A spokeswoman for the Polk County Sheriff's Office says every email, Facebook message, and text sent by DeSilva in the case is considered an additional charge under Florida law.

DeSilva already faces 10 counts of using a computer to seduce a child.

He was arrested last week at his Acushnet home, and later extradited to Polk County, Florida.

Investigators say DeSilva sent nude pictures and described sexual acts to two undercover officers posing as teenage boys.

DeSilva is being held without bail. The investigation is ongoing.
