New Bedford continued to see its share of homelessness, drug addiction, and crime in 2019. Reverend David Lima works on these issues every day as the Executive Minister of the Interchurch Council of Greater New Bedford. He and others recently returned from a conference in Washington, where they discussed the progress being made in New Bedford in battling the opioid crisis.
