14 Abandoned Kittens Found In Sealed Box

A woman working outside in her garden in Charlestown on Saturday made a heartbreaking discovery.

Someone had abandoned 14 kittens in a sealed box by the side of the road. Police say the kittens, which appear to have come from three litters, had fleas and were covered in feces.

Anyone with information is asked to call law enforcement.
