Meet Bunny, a 5-year-old pit bull who loves adventure.

She likes people to start off on her level when she first meets them.

"Sitting on the floor with a handful of treats is a surefire way to build a bond with this girl along with offering her a leash or a lead to go for a walk," Forever Paws Animal Shelter said.

When you meet her, she will be shy and unsure, but once she warms up to you, she will love you forever.

"Bunny is an angel. A dream. She's been sent straight from heaven to melt all of our hearts and make our teeth ache with how sweet she is," the shelter said.

Bunny is a beach bum who loves long walks, but she is a little unsure about other dogs, so the shelter prefers placing her in a home where she would be the only animal.

"She's definitely on the calmer side of things and is nowhere near as hyper as some of our other pitties," the shelter said.

Does Bunny sound like a good fit for you and your family? Visit the Forever Paws website, click adopt and download their application. Once complete, you can email it to us at fpas1@foreverpaws.com or fax it to 508-677-9175.
