Two firefighters with the first arriving engine company managed to quickly contain and extinguish the truck, which they said was "fully involved" with fire.

The house did not sustain any damage, although there was some heat damage to the second vehicle, the post noted.

In total, two engines and the deputy fire chief responded to the fire, along with off-duty and on call fire crews as well as Westport police.

The cause of the fire is not thought to be suspicious.
