Warren’s Vile Anti-Police Rhetoric [OPINION]
I am sick of Liz Warren's dishonest representation of our police officers as Nazi-like white supremacists who get their kicks out of gunning down innocent unarmed black kids. Enough is enough.
In noting the fifth anniversary of the Ferguson riots, in which Michael "The Gentle Giant" Brown was shot and killed by police officer Darren Wilson, Warren tweeted that Wilson "murdered" Brown and strongly suggested race as the motivation. Wilson is white and Brown was not.
Warren made those comments despite a plethora of evidence to the contrary. Following a thorough investigation, a grand jury decided not to indict Wilson. And Barack Obama’s Justice Department determined that Officer Wilson most likely had reason to fear for his life and was justified in shooting Brown.
But facts don't bother people like Warren. You may recall that during her re-election bid last fall she referred to a rally in memory of slain Police Sgt. Sean Gannon as being “organized by the largest anti-Muslim hate group in America.” What?
And that was preceded by her claim that our cops are all a bunch of racists. “The hard truth about our criminal justice system: It’s racist ... I mean front to back," she said.
Warren is a soulless, gutless wonder who has built a career based on lies and mistruths. She has appropriated the culture of a Native American tribe in hopes of advancing herself and then lied about it.
Elizabeth Warren is a dangerous individual who should never be trusted to run this country. Thank God it appears unlikely that she ever will be given that opportunity.
