Warren’s Comments on Tibbetts’ Murder Are Cruel [OPINION]
Sen. Elizabeth Warren's long shot odds at winning the White House in 2020 took a jet-propelled blast backward yesterday with her insensitive and misguided reaction to the murder of Mollie Tibbetts, allegedly by an illegal alien.
The Massachusetts Democrat showed little regard for Tibbetts, her family or any others who have lost loved ones at the hands of illegals. Instead, Warren, during an appearance on CNN, launched into a defense of illegals who cart their kids across Central America and find themselves separated once crossing the U.S. border illegally. That problem is 100 percent preventable - stay home!
Twenty-year-old University of Iowa student Mollie Tibbetts didn't have that option when she was abducted, murdered and dumped in a cornfield last month. Twenty-four-year-old Cristhian Rivera has been formally charged with her death.
People like Senator Warren believe the "real problem" with our immigration policies is that we are "separating a mama from a baby” at the border. Mollie Tibbett's mother just had her baby girl snatched from her by an illegal alien and she is not getting her back. Ponder that for a moment, Senator.
“I’m so sorry for the family here and I know this is hard, not only for the family but for the people in her community, the people throughout Iowa. But one of the things we have to remember is we need an immigration system that is effective, that focuses on where real problems are. - Sen. Elizabeth Warren
Tucker Carlson spoke last night with the mother of Police Sargent Brandon Mendoza, who was killed by an illegal alien. Mary Ann Mendoza was not at all impressed with what Senator Warren had to say.
Guess what Senator Warren, most civilized people believe that young women being murdered by illegal aliens is a real problem, too. They also believe that loons like you who put their concerns for illegal immigrants ahead of American citizens are not worthy of their vote in November.
With any luck, enough people were offended by your remarks about Mollie Tibbetts to remove you from office in November. But just in case, I will remind them of what you said every day until then.
