Wareham Tigers Handed Tough Loss, 28-20

The Wareham Tigers suffered a tough loss in the first round of the Pop Warner National Football Championships in Lake Buena Vista, Florida.

The Gilroy Browns of California scored a late touchdown, and edged the Tigers 28-20 on Saturday.

Wareham will play the North Raleigh Bulldogs of North Carolina in the Jr. Midget consolation bracket on Tuesday at 1:15pm.  North Raleigh lost to Jensen Beach Florida on Saturday, 42-14.
