A juror in the Aaron Hernandez murder trial is being dismissed.

Judge Susan Garsh said there was "credible evidence" the juror spoke about the case, saying it would be hard to convict the former New England Patriots player without a gun.

Garsh added that the juror had previously expressed an interest in serving on this particular jury and she had "attended more Patriots games than were disclosed on the questionnaire."

Prosecutors accuse Hernandez of shooting semi-pro football player Odin Lloyd to death in 2013.
