Tuesday's elections are expected to restore power in the senate to Republicans.

UMass Dartmouth Political Science professor Kenneth Manning says President Obama's low approval rating is spurning the change of heart in Americans. Manning says, however, don't expect much out of Washington over the next two years.

Manning says the governor's race in Massachusetts is too close to call, but says Baker has a slight edge over Coakley in terms of who has run a better campaign.

Manning predicts Congressman Keating is re-elected over Republican John Chapman, but only by a slim margin.
