Every morning before dawn, Richard Pasquill, an owner at Turk's Seafood in Mattapoisett, makes his way to the New Bedford waterfront. His mission is to get active in the seafood auction in order to land the highest quality seafood directly from the fishing boats. Only the freshest seafood will do for Turk's loyal customers.

For the past week, Richard has seen some great deals on swordfish. Last week, for example, the swordfish was so robust and high quality that he marked prices down at the Turk's fish market to $15.99 a pound.

Pareidolia is the phenomenon where people perceive familiar patterns, shapes, or images in unrelated objects, like seeing faces in tree bark, team logos in clouds, or, in this case, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in a deliciously charred swordfish steak.
