
Three Men Arrested in New Bedford Drug Bust
NEW BEDFORD - Three New Bedford men are arrested after a drug raid on Mott Street.
Police carried out a search warrant at 122 Mott Street just before 3 p.m. Wednesday following an investigation into a fentanyl delivery operation being run out of that address. Inside the apartment, police found four bags of fentanyl totaling 1.1 grams, 38 tablets of Gabapentin, $41 in cash, and various drug packaging materials.
Police arrested the occupants of the home, Joshua Wallace, 34, and Daniel Norton, 36. Wallace is charged with possession with intent to distribute a Class B drug (fentanyl), while Norton is charged with possession of a Class E drug. Norton also had an outstanding warrant for his arrest.
Also arrested in the apartment was Devlin Amaral, 46, who had two outstanding warrants for his arrest.
