Three Car Crash In New Bedford

New Bedford police say as many as three people were injured following a three car crash Thursday morning.

Detective Sgt. Victor Mendes says the crash took place shortly before 10 a.m. near Coffin Ave. and Belleville Ave.

Three medical units responded to the scene and one male was medflighted with a severe leg injury.

No names or medical conditions have been released and the incident remains under investigation.
