Leading the pageant charge is former Miss Fall River Olivia Marques who has held seven titles, represented dozens of communities and is the new local executive director of the program.

"I knew I wanted to stay involved even after I knew my pageant time was up," Marques said. "I didn’t want my impact to stop there and I wanted to help continue to help young women in this organization."

On Saturday, you can expect to see two young women's lives change for the better before moving on to compete for Miss Massachusetts and Miss Outstanding Massachusetts Teen. The 14 contestants will answer questions about themselves and the world, and showcase their evening gowns and dresses.

"They’ll talk about their community case cause and discuss exactly why they want to pursue it and how they’ll advocate it towards the community," Marques said. "There will also be a fitness/wellness competition where the teens have a chance to wear their activewear of choice to demonstrate endurance and high energy and to be able to carry themselves throughout a year of service because of their healthy lifestyle."
