The Charter School Debate in New Bedford [Townsquare Sunday]

The Charter School debate in New Bedford rages on. While elected officials in New Bedford have taken votes opposing any expansion of Charter Schools in the city, the leadership of those schools continue to seek permission from the state to add seats in their schools. Global Learning Charter Public School Executive Director Steven Furtado joins Jim Phillips this week on Townsquare Sunday to discuss the expansion issue and who's really at fault in the battle over funding for charter schools.
