The Annual Smokeout Is Thursday

The Great American Smokeout is this Thursday. The American Cancer Society encourages smokers to quit the habit on the third Thursday of each November.

Tobacco use is the single largest preventable cause of disease and premature death in the U.S. Yet, there are still 42-million cigarette smokers in the U.S.
