New Bedford Man Arraigned on Murder Charges
A New Bedford man is returned to Bristol County and arraigned Monday for the November, 2011 murder of 36 year old Michael Duarte. Thomas Gardner has spent the last ten months in a Connecticut jail on motor vehicle charges.
