Robert's Rules of Order

New Bedford was the site of an unruly meeting that led to the creation of Robert's Rules of Order, the parliamentary procedure for public meetings still in use today.

The groundbreaking for renovations to the First Baptist Church saw a large turnout on Monday as city officials and community leaders gathered to kick off the much needed renovation process.
