New Bedford Police have arrested a second person in connection with an assault back on August 7th in a backyard on Welcome Street.

New Bedford Police arrested Odilio Benique, 40, 90 Main St. Apt. 1, Fairhaven, Monday for two counts of assault with a dangerous weapon, larceny over $250 and assault and battery.
